A Walk in the Park

My dear family took a trip around the river a few weeks ago on a lazy Sunday evening to once again acquaint ourselves with the out doors since we still aren't used to the fact that everything isn't covered in snow.

So we packed up the baby, put on our walking shoes and made it our mission to make some new discoveries.

While walking we found that the benches placed around the river were strangely artistic.
After reading the inscriptions we realized it was part of a city project called "Art you can sit on".
Original right?

Paw prints and strange rocks.

Some actually looked like benches while others were designed as fish hooks, paper air planes, or other strange doo dads.

On one side of the river there were masses of people gathered to feed the wild life.

Ducks, Geese, and several seagulls were gathered for the evening feeding session.

Baby Bro had a blast squeaking and pointing at these new water creatures that were now part of his discovered world.
But after some bubbles, a picture or two, and having wasted all our cheerios on the geese we decided it was time to return home.
