TOUR PART 2!!!
And so we continue on our insane exploration of what exactly happened on Choir tour.who's driving this nut bus anyway?! Lets recap, After whale watching ( the invisible whales and several visible dolphins) and getting as sandy ad possible we piled back on our big red bus and headed back to the hotel.
We primped and beautified getting as much sea water smell off as possible so we could continue our day with an attendance of a dinner show.
we attended a performance of Eva by Andrew Lloyd Webber. we were served an excellent dinner before the show and more soda then we could ever drink. (Every one at my table had to get up to pee sometime during the performance). It was well done, I think, I'm not an expert, but the voices were good and the play was entertaining though a bit dark for my taste it has by no means a happy ending.
afterwords all 39 of us girls invaded a grocery store. We couldn't go anywhere without making an entrence. So as half of us sleepily wandered the isles looking for something substantial to
have for breakfast the next day ( we were kinda sick of Denny's by this point)
. The other halfof us skipped around with there arms linked singing up and down the isles. ( no exaggeration).
The next morning was Sunday so we drove down to a cute little church to attended sacrament meeting with a very sweet ward that at was willing to let us sit in the back pew and sing our little hearts out during the hymns.
(pic: our lovely chaperone's and our director, take a guess at who's who)

After church we headed out to an Italian restaurant call 'La Boca de Bepo'
no idea what it means but the food was amazing! we had Alfredo and spaghetti and grilled chicken. It was sooooooo yummy. It was a unique little restaurant in the fact that it had so many pictures on the walls. There was not an inch of wall space that was not covered in some kind of picture. and the odd thing was,was that none of the pictures had any kind of theme, they were all just random photos. It looked like a five-year-old's collage of anything and everything they could cut out of a magazine.
we woke up and got into our casual choir uniform and once again climbed on to our gigantahuge bus.
Check out the size of the sidewalk!
Down town LA was incredible!
the Disney concert hall was a project instigated by Walt Disney's widow.
She donated the first 50 million and the other 300 million was raised. To build this magnificent structure.

this is the organ in the main concert hall. The pipes are square and just about everything in there is built with wood. The acoustics were incredible you could hear every ones foot steps as we tired our best to cross the stage quietly.
this fountain was built and dedicated to her. It's cement inlaid with crushed porcelain china.

It was huge! And like the children we all are at heart we couldn't resist touching the water that had pooled in between the petals of the huge flower.
When you step out into the garden you feel like your at ground level when really you're two stories up. They have trees growing on top of a building!!
We sang for the staff that was there and then left to go find some lunch and get ready for the choir competition finally. the next entry will be the most amazing I promise.
