Snow, Ice, and everything nice

I woke up to this this morning: beautiful but very cold. I'd like to catch you all up. Christmas and New years has come and gone and like all good things they didn't last very long. I got to return to where I moved form and see everyone for New years. I'd like to tell them all that I love and miss them like crazy!!!!
I think with all the new snow I'll get to try out my new sled that I got for Christmas pretty soon. that will be an adventure making sure I don't kill myself flying down a hill at break neck speeds. I love to sled though, strapping your sister in front of you and hanging on for dear life and you race to the bottom of the tallest hill you can find. snow and ice flying in your face stinging your cheeks and the adrenaline from the sensation of flying keeps you warm in your air tight snow suit. It's the most exhilarating thing in the world.
I'd like to also introduce my new friend and pet who will, like all the rest, become a renowned figure on this blog. Her name is Ivangeline and she is what is a called " lucky bamboo". I'll have a picture for you next time. She's so pretty and green and I just couldn't leave her at the store. I decided to ad something exotic to my plant experience and learn a little more about the world around me. I'd have got a cat or ferret if my parents would have let me but Ivangeline will be just as beautiful and wonderful as any pet.
I have also dubbed myself " Ice Princess". I rule the snow of my yard and was the only one brave enough to venture out bare foot into it. and my new white bath robe made of the softest "polar bear fur " is the finishing touch to my crowning. I like to capture the raise of the sun glinting off the morning snow and watch as my icy breath blows in elegant clouds across the crisp air.
Winter may yet be more endurable then I once thought.
Wow, when you talk like that I might even like the snow. We have a pretty cool snow hill in the middle of our culdesac. You guys should come over sometime. xoxox
